Yum!

After a wonderful weekend with Mom visiting, I am enjoying a relaxing Sunday evening at home...watching TV while eating apple pie and ice cream.  Previously when baking a pie, I would always use a store bought refrigerator pie crust and thought they tasted just fine.  However, for the Flat Apple Pie that Mom and I baked yesterday, we made our own pie crust and oh my, it was tasty!  Looks like I can't go back to store bought pie crusts...a great way to end a great weekend!
