There is nothing better than coming home from work to your mom at your apartment cooking dinner! That is what I came home to tonight. My mom is here for the weekend to visit. She had dinner in the oven when I walked in the door! Yum! AND to top it off, she brought me a present....The Pioneer Women Cooks cookbook! I really like cookbooks and am so excited about this one. A cookbook with pictures of cowboys, what can be better?!
Dinner tonight was a recipe from the cookbook - chicken spaghetti. Yum!! It was really good and there are lots of other great sounding recipes in the cookbook that I can't wait to try. Thank you, Mom for coming to visit, the new cookbook and cooking me dinner!
