Sunday was the first day of Spring and the weather was absolutely gorgeous! If I could wear tank tops, jeans and flip flops all year round, I'd be one happy camper! Spring is officially my favorite season...it is so great waking up to the birds chirping, the warmer weather and the flowers starting to bloom. I walked across campus the other day and noticed a row of flowering trees all in bloom! As much as I love Spring, I could do without Spring allergies. (At least I'm hoping these are just allergies I have and that I'm not getting sick...) Here are a few signs that Spring is here! I'm choosing to ignore the weather forecast that shows a chance of snow on Sunday night...
The MCP Project 52 photography challenge theme this week was "from the jewelry box." I had a couple ideas for this theme but they weren't coming together too well. So I thought a little outside the box...after such a long winter, I think all the flower blossoms are jewels on earth right now!
