No, I don't mean Christmas time...but rather, SPRING!! I would have to say that Spring is my favorite season. I love the warmer weather and seeing the flowers and trees start to bloom. One morning, last week as I was driving to work, I first noticed it...the start of spring - daffodils! It helped brighten my morning. Another sure sign of spring is daylight savings time. I know lots of people grumble about losing an hour of sleep, however, I love it because we gain an extra hour of sunshine!!
Flowers + Sunshine + Warm weather = Spring!
I love daffodils, too! Out here in California they are already done! When I taught first grade many moons ago I had my children do a craft making a daffodil with paper leaves and a yellow cupcake paper for the flower. A poem was attached: "A little yellow cup, a little yellow frill, and that's a daffodil!"
